Date of Termination

Date of Termination. The date on which a Grantee's Continuous Status as an Employee or Consultant terminates, unless otherwise specified in an Award Agreement. For Awards granted after September, 2010, the term "immediately before the Date of Termination" means "immediately before the event of termination on the Date of Termination"

Date of Termination. Shall mean the effective date of the Notice of Termination which results (on such effective date) in the Executive's separation from service (as that term is defined in Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and guidance issued hereunder).
