Distribution Date

Distribution Date. Shall mean the date of the Distribution of MMI ----------------- stock to Millipore shareholders.

Distribution Date. Has the meaning given in the IPO and Distribution Agreement.

Distribution Date. Means the date as of which the Distribution will be effected, as determined by the Board of Directors of Luminent.

Distribution Date. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no Exempt Event shall cause or result in a Distribution Date.

Distribution Date. Means any date or dates, as the case may be, determined by Barnes & Noble, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be a date on which shares of GameStop Common Stock held by Barnes & Noble are distributed in connection with the Distribution.

Distribution Date. Means one of the dates on which Contingent Shares are to be issued as specified in Section 1.8.

Distribution Date. The effective date of the Distribution.

Distribution Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture.

Distribution Date. Means the date(s) for distribution of all or a portion of a Participant's Deferral Account described at Section 6(a) hereof.

Distribution Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything herein to the contrary, the definition of "Distribution Date" shall not include any day or date that would otherwise be included to the extent such day or date is related to a Mattson transaction, including the consummation of such a transaction or the execution of any merger agreement or any other document forming part of such a transaction.
