Distribution Date

Distribution Date. The effective date of the distribution, in connection with the Spinoff, of Common Shares to the holders of shares of common stock of TriMas.

Distribution Date. The date on which the Employer makes Distributions. The Distribution Date shall be once each Year and no later than March 15 of the Year following the Year for which an Award was calculated.

Distribution Date. The Distribution Date as defined in the Employee Matters Agreement

Distribution Date. With respect to each Participant (or his beneficiary, if the Participant dies before distribution of his Account), the date on which distribution in respect of his Account interests in accordance with Section 10(b)(viii) commences. Unless otherwise provided by the Committee in a manner that complies with Section 409A of the Code, a Participant's Distribution Date shall be on the thirtieth day following the date of such Participant's Separation From Service

Distribution Date. The date on which the Distribution shall be effected, such date to be determined by, or under the authority of, the Board of Directors of ADP in its sole and absolute discretion.

Distribution Date. The date that the Distribution Payment is paid by the Company and such date shall be between February 1, 2017 and March 31, 2017; provided, however, for any Participant who is a US Taxpayer, the Distribution Date shall be between February 1, 2017 and March 15, 2017.

Distribution Date. Means, with respect to a DER, a date on which a cash distribution is paid on a Common Unit and such date occurs while the DER remains credited to you hereunder.

Distribution Date. The earlier of (i) a Participant's Separation from Service and (ii) a Change in Control of TNCLP

Distribution Date. 5:00 p.m., New York time, on November 30, 2016

Distribution Date. The effective date of the distribution, in connection with the Share Distribution, of the Common Shares to the holders of common shares of Capital Southwest.
