Documentation

Documentation. Means all written functional or technical Specifications, user instructions, manuals, and like documents related to the components of the NGG System.

Documentation. Shall mean all user manuals, system guides, and specifications for the System. OSI will from time to time provide BISYS with written copies of the results of the most recent benchmarking activities, if any, within thirty (30) days of receipt of any report relating to such activities.

Documentation. Means the user manuals and operator instructions for the Software to be furnished by Vitria to ChiLin as set forth in Section 2.4 and any Updates thereto made available by Vitria to ChiLin during the term.

Documentation. Means the user manuals, handbooks and other written or electronic material relating to the Licensed Software delivered by Integration Objects to Gensym.

Documentation. Means the descriptions, diagrams, specifications, technical notes, manuals and designs including, without limitation, copies, Updates and modifications, regardless of the form or media in or on which they may exist, related to the Licensed Technology.

Documentation. Means the user manuals and operations manuals that accompany a Product, as well as Upgrades of such manuals, in electronic and/or paper formats.

Documentation. Means all operator and user manuals, operating procedures, instructions, guidelines and other materials provided by Galileo to Customer under this Agreement, including in electronic format.

Documentation. Means textual materials, including without limitation, operating instructions, related technical information, and user documentation relating to a party's software.

Documentation. Means all end-user, product support, technical service and other written instructions, information and materials for the Licensor Software that Licensor normally provides to its end users and distributors or that Licensor provides for, or approves for use with, the Licensor Software under this Agreement, including manuals, on-line help files and electronic copies of any of the foregoing materials.

Documentation. Means the manuals, handbooks and other written materials related to the use of the RSA Products, whether in hard copy or soft copy form, that are provided by RSA and that customarily accompany the RSA Products.
