Documentation. Shall mean the user's manuals provided to ELITRA along with the LifeTools-TM- Product.

Documentation. Shall mean the user's manuals provided to ELITRA along with the Microbial Dataflow Software.

Documentation. Shall mean the documentation and supporting materials in hard copy form relating to a party's Licensed Technology hereunder.

Documentation. Shall be defined as the user manuals and similar materials customarily supplied by DoubleTwist to end users of the Licensed Product.

Documentation shall include any Maintenance Modifications or Enhancements, in existence from time to time, to prior Documentation and shall also include new versions of prior Documentation.
