Documentation

Documentation. Shall mean all printed booklets, pamphlets, user manuals, maintenance manuals, end user license agreements, registration cards, promotional materials and any other materials which are distributed with the Products. Such Documentation shall not be modified, translated, supplemented or omitted without Riverdeep's prior written approval (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and any such modifications, translations or supplements shall remain the property of Riverdeep.

Documentation. Means the operating instructions, user manuals, "read-me" files, and all technical information and reference materials related to the Software, in whatever form, provided by Hyperion.

Documentation. Means any and all of the materials prepared by or for Uniview for use in connection with the Licensed Software, including user and technical manuals and operation guides, whether in printed, electronic or other form, as such materials may be updated from time to time.

Documentation. Documentation shall include any Maintenance Modifications or Basic Enhancements thereto created by Nexgenix from time to time, and shall include Major Enhancements thereto when added to the Documentation in connection with a Statement of Work issued hereunder.
