Documentation

Documentation. Means the developer guides, getting started guides, user guides, quick reference guides, and other technical and operations manuals and specifications for the Services located at http://aws.amazon.com/documentation, as such documentation may be updated by us from time to time.

Documentation. Shall mean such documentation in any form or media that SVI reasonably determines is necessary or desirable to enable Customer to use the Software and/or any available Updates thereto, including without limitation the documentation described on EXHIBIT 1 hereto.

Documentation. The term "Documentation" shall mean the ------------- then current written information provided by the Company for use by end-users relating their use of the Products. Director's compensation, if any, will come from the margin between the price it pays the Company for Products and the price at which it sells those products. Distributor has no right to any compensation from the Company.

Documentation. Specifications, procedures, instructions, reports, test results, analyses, calculations, manuals, and other data specified in the Purchase Order, Change Order, this Agreement, and any amendment to this Agreement, as required by any legal entity having jurisdiction over the Work.

Documentation. The term "Documentation" shall mean the operator and user manuals, training manuals, guides specifications and other documentation customarily supplied by Paragon with the Software to licensees.

Documentation. Shall mean all written text including but not limited to manuals, brochures, Specifications and software descriptions, in electronic, printed and/or camera ready form, and related materials necessary for marketing, support or use of the Products, including sales documentation, service documentation, and customer documentation as further described herein.

Documentation. User manuals and similar documents supplied with OSI Software. Documentation does not include product or service descriptions, advertising materials or marketing materials.

Documentation. Shall mean warranties, user manuals, training materials, product descriptions and specifications, technical manuals, license agreements, supporting materials and other printed information relating to the Products, whether distributed in print, electronic, or video format, in effect as of the date of the applicable Purchase Order.

Documentation. Medidata's online technical and/or functional user guides for Customer and the Authorized Users to operate the Medidata Applications, as modified by Medidata from time to time.

Documentation. Means all written or electronic documentation pertaining to the Licensed Software including manuals, user guides, help screens which are provided by or for IBM to Empire hereunder.
