Effective Date

Effective Date. Means the date indicated in the preamble paragraph of this Agreement.

Effective Date. Means the date on which the Underwriting Agreement is executed and delivered by each of the Parties thereto.

Effective Date. Means 19 December 2007.

Effective Date. November 14, 2006, the date this Plan is effective.

Effective Date. The first business day that the Employees of a Participating Employer may participate in the Plan, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.
