Example Definitions of "Effective Date"
Effective Date. Means the later of (i) the first business day following the closing of the Company's initial public offering of shares of Common Stock, or (ii) the date of approval of the Plan by the shareholders of the Company. 2
Effective Date. Means January 20, 1997, the date the Plan was approved by the Board of Directors.
