Effective Date

Effective Date. Shall mean September 3, 2003.

Effective Date. Means the date this Agreement was executed by authorized representatives of AMCE and GCX, subject to the Bankruptcy Court entering an order approving this Agreement.

Effective Date. Shall mean November 1, 1995. The effective date of the amended and restated Plan is June 1, 2000.
