Effectiveness Period. The earlier of (i) such time as all Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement have been publicly sold by the Holder or (ii) the date that all shares of Common Stock covered by such Registration Statement cease to be Registrable Securities hereunder
Effectiveness Period. As to any Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to this Agreement, the period commencing on the Effective Date of such Registration Statement and ending on the earliest to occur of (a) the fifth anniversary of such Effective Date and (b) such time as there shall cease to be any Registrable Securities covered by any such Registration Statement
