Example Definitions of "Effectiveness Period"
Effectiveness Period. The period commencing on the date that the Initial Shelf Registration Statement is declared effective under the Securities Act and ending on the date that all Notes, related Guarantees and Underlying Shares have ceased to be Registrable Securities.
Effectiveness Period. Means the earlier of: (i) five (5) years following the declaration of effectiveness of the New Registration Statement by the Commission; or (ii) if on the date three (3) years following the declaration of effectiveness of the New Registration Statement by the Commission less than one million (1,000,000) Registrable Securities are then outstanding, three (3) years following the declaration of effectiveness of the New Registration Statement by the Commission.
Effectiveness Period. Shall mean the Demand Effectiveness Period or the Mandatory Shelf Effectiveness Period, as applicable.
Effectiveness Period. The earlier of (i) such time as all Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement have been publicly sold by the Holder or (ii) the date that all shares of Common Stock covered by such Registration Statement cease to be Registrable Securities hereunder

Effectiveness Period. The meaning set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement
