Example Definitions of "Eligible Director"
Eligible Director. Any non-employee member of the Board of Directors of the Company and any non-employee member of the board of directors of any wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company
Eligible Director. An Eligible Existing Director or an Eligible New Director
