Example Definitions of "Eligible Director"
Eligible Director. Means any statutory director of the Company who is not an employee of the Company.
Eligible Director. Means a person who is a "non-employee director" as defined in Rule 16b-3(b)(3) under the Exchange Act. 3
Eligible Director. For each Plan Year means a member of the Board of Directors who is not an employee of the Company or any Subsidiary and who qualifies as Independent.
