Eligible Employee

Eligible Employee. A regular salaried employee of the Corporation or a Participating Affiliate including a director, officer or other individual serving in an important executive, administrative, professional or technical capacity

Eligible Employee. Any full-time, exempt employee of the Company or of an Affiliate, except as provided otherwise herein. Non-exempt employees, part-time employees, independent contractors, student workers, work-study students, and temporary employees are among those not eligible to participate in this Plan.

Eligible Employee. Any full-time employee who (a) is not an officer of the Company on the relevant Trigger Date and (b) has completed at least one year of continuous service with the Company that includes such Trigger Date

Eligible Employee. An individual employed by an Employer who is (i) determined by the Administrator to qualify as a "highly compensated or management" employee for purposes of Sections 201(a)(2), 301(a)(3) and 401(a)(1) of ERISA, and (ii) designated by the Administrator as eligible to participate in the Plan, provided that such designation has not been revoked by the Administrator.

Eligible Employee. An Employee who is eligible under the provisions of Section 7 to be granted an Option as of the first day of an Offering Period.

Eligible Employee. Each officer or employee not covered by a collective bargaining agreement of Boston Properties or a Participating Employer who is shown on the payroll records of Boston Properties or a Participating Employer as an employee. Employees who are covered by a collective bargaining agreement are not eligible to participate in this Plan unless participation herein is provided for in such collective bargaining agreement.

Eligible Employee. With respect to any Plan Year, an Employee of the Company who has satisfied the requirements of Section 3

Eligible Employee. The Chief Executive Officer, President, Executive Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents of AAWW

Eligible Employee. An Officer and any other individual who is participating in the Plan as of September 1, 2005

Eligible Employee. Shall mean an Officer or a non-Officer employee of any SBC company who is designated by the Chairman as eligible to participate in the Plan.
