Eligible Employee

Eligible Employee. Any person who is customarily employed for at least twenty (20) hours per week and more than five (5) months in a calendar year by the Company or one of its Designated Subsidiaries and who is not deemed for purposes of Section 423(b)(3) of the Code to own stock possessing five percent (5%) or more of the total combined voting power or value of all classes of stock of the Company or any Subsidiary

Eligible Employee. Any person employed by the Company or a Subsidiary on a regularly scheduled basis who satisfies all of the requirements of Section 5.

Eligible Employee. An Officer or a Wholesaler that meets the eligibility criteria determined by the Plan Administrator and receives written notice of Plan eligibility for the following calendar year

Eligible Employee. Any Employee who (i) holds the title or position of Executive Vice President or above or (ii) is an "officer" as such term is defined in Rule 16a-1(f) promulgated under Section 16 of the Exchange Act.
