Example Definitions of "Employee"
Employee. A full-time employee of the Bank, the Company, or a Subsidiary, including an officer who is such an employee.
Employee. An employee of the Company, the Partnership, or any of their Affiliates, and shall include any individual who provides services to the Partnership or its Affiliates as a seconded employee.
