Employee

Employee. Any person employed by the Company other than any person who is an officer or Director of Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Employee. Shall mean any person, including an officer, whose customary employment on a continuous basis is more than twenty (20) hours per week and more than five (5) months in a calendar year by the Company

Employee. An individual classified as an employee by the Corporation or a Designated Affiliate on the payroll records of the Corporation or the Designated Affiliate during the relevant participation period.

Employee. Means any person employed on a full-time basis by the Company or any present or future Parent or Subsidiary of the Company.

As of any date and provided that the Common Stock is listed on a regulated market of the European Union or on the Nasdaq System or on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States of America, any French resident who is employed by the Company or by any Subsidiary, Affiliate or Parent under the terms and conditions of an employment contract.
