Example Definitions of "Employee"
Employee. Any person, including Officers and Directors, who is treated as an employee in the records of the Company, a Related Corporation or an Affiliate. However, service solely as a Director, or payment of a fee for such services, shall not cause a Director to be considered an "Employee" for purposes of the Plan. Consultants and independent contractors are not "Employees" for purposes of the Plan
