End User

End User. Shall mean the ultimate customer that purchases Products for its internal use, or for use in a network which provides services to others, from Tellabs or a Reseller.

End User. Is a direct user of Licensed Devices or Stand Alone Licensed Devices in a clinical environment for medical diagnostic purposes on patients.

End User. Is a direct user of Licensed Devices in a clinical environment for medical diagnostic purposes on patients (OEM and medical equipment manufacturers are specifically excluded).

End User. Shall mean those persons or entities who are not in the business of reselling products, and whose use of a product normally results in the product's consumption, destruction or loss of activity.

End User. Means a customer that licenses the ShowCase AS/400 Port or the Software for use in its internal business operations.

End User. Shall mean, with respect to a Licensed Product, a Third Party that uses such Licensed Product to generate data and report the results of such data.

End User. A client computer of an individual user, configured to utilize the Service under a subscription via Reseller. In the case of a residential Subscriber, the End User is also the Subscriber. In the case of a Small Business or Government Entity Subscriber, the End User is the client computer of the individual user of the Service rather than the subscribing business or entity itself.

End User. Shall mean the person or entity to whom Customer sells the Equipment, or if the Equipment is used by Customer, Customer.
