Example Definitions of "End User"
End User. Means (i) a Government User; or (ii) a Commercial person, company, or other legal entity; in each case licensed to use the Licensed Software pursuant to an End User License Agreement as contemplated under this Agreement, solely as integrated into InfoWorkSpace and LaunchPad, for its own internal purposes and not for distribution to, or use on behalf of, others.
