Equipment

Equipment. The equipment and Software described in this Agreement and set forth in Exhibit A (together with accompanying Documentation (per Section 3.4.1), materials and supplies necessary for the operation thereof) purchased by Delta that must be installed on the A/C for the provision of the 2Ku Connectivity Services.

Equipment. 1.21 "Equipment" means any computer hardware, software, and telecommunications or other equipment used by MediaNet in encoding, hosting, maintaining, operating, servicing, updating and making the MediaNet Service available to Company.

Equipment. The following terms which are defined in Article 9 are used herein as so defined: Accessions, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Payment Intangibles, Proceeds, Promissory Notes, Software and Supporting Obligations.

Equipment. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.

Equipment. Shall mean "equipment", as defined in the UCC, and shall also mean all furniture, store fixtures, motor vehicles, rolling stock, machinery, office equipment, plant equipment, tools, dies, molds, and other goods, property, and assets which are used and/or were purchased for use in the operation or furtherance of the Company's business, and any and all Accessions or additions thereto, and substitutions therefor.

Equipment. The equipment and other property placed by or on behalf of Customer in the Space (including, without limitation, racks, servers, cabling and wiring), specifically excluding any items licensed from Licensors or owned, leased or licensed by Licensors. Unless otherwise designated a Licensor (in its sole and absolute discretion), any equipment or other property of any of the Customer Parties shall, at Licensor's option, be deemed part of the Equipment (without limiting the terms of Section 7 above).

Equipment. The computer hardware located at the Facilities and, to the extent used in connection with the Services, the computer hardware located at any Affiliate or Contract Entity
