Equity Awards
Equity Awards. All stock options, restricted stock units, performance stock units and such other equity-based awards granted pursuant to the Incentive Award Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, "Equity Awards" shall not include any cash or cash-based awards granted pursuant to the Incentive Award Plan.
