Example Definitions of "Equity Securities"
Equity Securities. Means (a) Common Equity or other class of equity, including Preferred Equity; (b) any securities conferring the right to purchase or otherwise acquire Common Equity, Preferred Equity or any other class of the Company's equity; or (c) any securities directly or indirectly convertible into, or exchangeable for (with or without additional consideration) Common Equity, Preferred Equity or any other class of the Company's equity.
Equity Securities. Shall mean (i) any common stock, preferred stock or any other capital stock of the KK, (ii) any debt or equity security convertible or exchangeable, with or without consideration, into any common stock, preferred stock or other capital stock of the KK (including any option to purchase such a convertible security), or (iii) any option, warrant or right to subscribe to or purchase any common stock, preferred stock or other capital stock of the KK.
Equity Securities. Means (i) Common Shares, rights, options or warrants to purchase Common Shares, (ii) any security other than Common Shares having voting rights in 2 the election of the Board of Directors, not contingent upon a failure to pay dividends, (iii) any security convertible into or exchangeable for any of the foregoing, except that Equity Securities shall not include the Preferred Shares, or Non-Participating Shares issued or issuable upon automatic conversion of any Preferred... Equity Securities. Means any shares of Capital Stock, and any other options, warrants or other rights (including delayed delivery share awards) to acquire Capital Stock or debt securities convertible into, or exchangeable for, such Capital Stock.

Equity Securities. Shall mean shares of the Company's preferred stock which by its terms is senior to the Series C-1 Preferred Stock in dividends, liquidation and redemption rights and preferences and convertible into shares of the Company's Common Stock.
Equity Securities. Means (i) all shares of Series A-1 Senior Preferred Stock of the Company held by the Investor and (ii) all Class A Warrants and Class B Warrants of the Company issued to the Investor.
