Equity Securities

Equity Securities. Shall mean common stock, preferred stock, options, warrants or other rights to purchase preferred stock or common stock of the Company.

Equity Securities. Any common or preferred stock, membership interest, capital stock, other equity interest, other ownership interest or voting interest or any securities or other interests convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for capital stock, other equity interests, or other ownership interests, or any other rights, warrants or options to acquire any of the foregoing securities or interests of or in any Person.
