Exercise Date

Exercise Date. The last Trading Day of each Purchase Period; provided, however, if the last Trading Day falls on the day after the Thanksgiving holiday, then the Exercise Date will be the last Trading Day before the Thanksgiving holiday

Exercise Date. Means each date a Notice of Exercise substantially in the form annexed hereto is delivered to the Company in accordance with Section 2 hereof.

Exercise Date. The last Trading Day ending on or before the March 31 or September 30, as applicable, immediately following the First Offering Date, and the last Trading Day ending on or before each March 31 or September 30 thereafter

Exercise Date. (i) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(a), the Business Day on which the conditions to such exercise as set forth in Section 3(a) shall have been satisfied, (ii) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(b), the Expiration Date, and (iii) for an exercise of this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(d)(iii), the Exercise Commencement Date.

Exercise Date. Means the last day of each Purchase Period (as defined below).

Exercise Date. 5 days following the public announcement of positive clinical data results for LO2A or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next day that is not a Holiday. In the case of a dispute as to the determination of the Exercise Date, the Company's determination shall be binding upon all parties absent demonstrable error

Exercise Date. Exercise Date. The earlier of (1) a date selected by the Participant, or (2) the Participant's Termination Date, except as provided herein, or (3) the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Effective Date of Grant, or such earlier date as is designated by the Committee.

Exercise Date. Means, for any given exercise of this Warrant, the date on which the Warrant is exercised in accordance with Section 3.

Exercise Date. The last Business Day of each Offering Period (or, if determined by the Committee, the Purchase Period if different from the Offering Period)
