Exercise Date

Example Definitions of "Exercise Date"
Exercise Date. Means such business days during each Offering Period of this Plan as may be identified by the Administrator pursuant to Section 8 of this Plan.
Exercise Date. January 31 of each Plan Year, or such other date as may be specified by the Administrator. If an Exercise Date is not a Business Day, then the Exercise Date is the next following Business Day.
Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after May 31 and November 30 of each Purchase Period
Exercise Date. Means the date on which the conditions for exercising this Warrant set forth in Section 3 have been satisfied.
