Exercise Date

Exercise Date. The last Trading Day of each Exercise Period

Exercise Date. Means the date on which the Option shall have been exercised in accordance with Paragraph 11 of this Agreement.

Exercise Date. Shall mean, as to any Warrant, the date on which the Company shall have received both (i) the Warrant Certificate representing such Warrant, with the exercise form thereon duly executed by the Registered Holder (as defined below) thereof or his attorney duly authorized in writing, and (ii) payment in cash, or by official bank or certified check made payable to the Company, of an amount in lawful money of the United States of America equal to the applicable Exercise Price (as defined below).

Exercise Date. Shall mean the first Trading Day on or after July 1 and January 1 of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan shall be July 1, 2006.

Exercise Date. The first Trading Day on or after June 1 and December 1 of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan will be the first Trading Day on or after December 1, 2007. The Administrator, in its discretion, from time to time may, prior to an Offering Date for all options to be granted on such Offering Date, determine (on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis) when the Exercise Dates will occur during an Offering Period.

Exercise Date. The last day of an Offering Period

Exercise Date. Means the first Trading Day on or after June 15 and December 15 of each Purchase Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the first Exercise Date under the Plan will be June 15, 2018

Exercise Date. Each date on which Warrant Shares are to be issued upon exercise of the Warrant.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the first Trading Day on or after March 31st and September 30th of each year. The first Exercise Date under the Plan shall be March 31, 2007.

Exercise Date. Shall mean the last business day of each Exercise Period.
