Exercise Period

Exercise Period. This Warrant shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Date.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date hereof and ending five years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending 11:59 P.M. (New York City time) on the date that is sixty (60) months from the Issue Date or earlier closing of a Fundamental Transaction (other than a Fundamental Transaction of the type described in clause (d) of the definition thereof resulting in the conversion into or exchange for another security of the Company).

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending five (5) years thereafter, unless sooner terminated as provided below
