Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Means, for any Offering Period, each period commencing on the Offering Date and on the first Trading Day after each Exercise Date, and terminating on the immediately following Exercise Date.

Exercise Period. Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date of issuance and ending February 2, 2029, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
