Exercise Period

Exercise Period. Means the time period commencing on the Initial 2022 Closing Date and ending on the 42 month anniversary of the Initial Closing Date.

Exercise Period. Means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the Expiration Date.

Exercise Period. The meaning set forth in the Warrant Agreement

Exercise Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending ten (10) years later, unless sooner terminated as provided below

Exercise Period. Exercise Period. Period commencing on the earliest of (i) the Special Redemption and Exchange Cutoff Date, (ii) March 1, 2013 (if the Company has not delivered a Statement pursuant to Section 3.3(a) of the Purchase Agreement on or before that date), (iii) the date of a Fundamental Change and (iv) May 1, 2013 or such later date as any disputes regarding Sections 3.2(a) or (b) of the Purchase Agreement have been resolved, and ending May 29, 2019, unless earlier terminated as provided below.
