Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time five (5) years from the date hereof, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
Exercise Period. Shall mean the time period commencing with the date of this Warrant and ending on the date three years from the closing date of the initial public offering of the Common Stock (the "IPO").

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Company may suspend any Exercise Period during the occurrence and continuation of any default or event of default under the IDS Notes; such Exercise Period shall automatically resume on the Business Day following the cure or waiver of any such default or event of default and end five Business Days later.
