Exercise Period

Example Definitions of "Exercise Period"
Exercise Period. Means at anytime after 31 December 2000 and before 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on 31 December 2007.
Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing with the date beginning 48 hours after the date hereof and ending five (5) years from September 30, 2001, unless sooner terminated as provided below.
Exercise Period. Means the period from April 14, 2002 to April 14, 2007.
Exercise Period. Shall mean, the period beginning on the date this Warrant becomes exercisable pursuant to Section 2(c), and ending on the date that is ten (10) years from the Date of Grant.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing as of December 12, 2007 and expiring at 5:00 P.M. (Pacific Time), on December 11, 2010.
Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing on the date hereof and ending at 5:00 p.m., local time, on the fifth anniversary of the date hereof (or such earlier date pursuant to Section 2.5).
Exercise Period. Means the period beginning on the date of issuance of this Warrant and continuing until the fifth anniversary; provided that (i) if the Company exercises its right to redeem this Warrant pursuant to Section 5 hereof the Exercise Period shall end on such date of redemption and (ii) the Exercise Period shall terminate upon any attempted transfer of this Warrant without the prior written consent of the Company's Board of Directors.
