Exercise Period

Exercise Period. The period commencing with the date ‘of the execution of this Agreement and ending on November -, 2008, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period. Shall mean the period commencing the date hereof and ending 5:00 P.M. New York City time on November 19, 2013, unless sooner terminated as provided below.

Exercise Period.
