Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall have the meaning specified in Section 1A.
Exercise Price. The exercise price per Stock Unit, which is $5.00, provided the per share Exercise Price shall not be less than the then current par value per share of each share of New Common Stock.
Exercise Price. Means $.01 per Warrant Share. --------------
Exercise Price. Shall be Fifty-Five Cents ($0.55), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 4 below. All references to the Exercise Price herein shall mean the Exercise Price as so adjusted.
