Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Warrants.
Exercise Price. Means $4.51 per share of Warrant Stock, subject to adjustment as described in Section 5 below.
Exercise Price. Is $6.125 per share of Common Stock.
