Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means $12.50 per Warrant Share, subject to adjustment as provided herein.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the exercise price for each share of Common Stock covered by an Option
Exercise Price. $17.14 per share of Common Stock, as such amount may be adjusted pursuant to Sections 8 and 9 hereof.
Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be the price per share of equity securities sold to investors in a Qualified Equity Financing; provided, that in the event that a Qualified Equity Financing does not occur on or prior to December 31, 2005, the Holder may elect to exercise this Warrant for shares of Series B Preferred Stock at an exercise price of $0.20 per share (as adjusted for any stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications or the like).
Exercise Price. The amount set forth in Item 2(a) of Schedule A hereto; provided, that such amount shall be reduced by the amount set forth in Item 2(b) of Schedule A hereto on each six month anniversary of the date of this Warrant if the Shareholder Approvals shall not have been obtained prior to such anniversary, up to a maximum reduction of the amount set forth in Item 2(c) of Schedule A hereto
Exercise Price. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in paragraph 1(b). 8
Exercise Price. Per share of Common Stock shall mean Two Dollars ($2.00)
Exercise Price. The exercise price of the Common Stock under this Warrant shall be $0.80, subject to adjustment hereunder (the "Exercise Price").
Exercise Price. $0.01 per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms herein
Exercise Price. The lesser of (i) $0.10 per share (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 5) or (ii) a 35% discount to the average closing price during the twenty trading days prior to the first closing of the sale by the Company of Preferred Stock as contemplated by the Recapitalization Agreement; provided, however, that in no event will the Exercise Price be less than $0.04 per share (subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5).
