Exercise Price

Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall mean $3.60.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.50.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the per share price as adjusted from time to time pursuant to paragraph 9 below and as defined in the Notice of Grant of Stock Options and Option Agreement attached.
Exercise Price. Means the purchase price per share of Common Stock to be paid upon the exercise of each Warrant in accordance with the terms hereof, which price shall initially be $5.50 per share, subject to adjustment from time to time pursuant to Section 8 hereof. 2
