Exercise Price

Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means $1.25 per Share, subject to adjustment under the terms of the Warrants.
Exercise Price. Means initially $4.038 per share, subject to adjustment as provided in this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the lesser of (i) $0.10 per share (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 5) or (ii) a 35% discount to the average closing price during the twenty trading days prior to the first closing of the sale by the Company of Preferred Stock as contemplated by the Recapitalization Agreement; provided, however, that in no event will the Exercise Price be less than $0.04 per share (subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5).
Exercise Price. The meaning specified in Section 1.3, as such price may be adjusted pursuant to Section 6 hereof.
Exercise Price. Means the price at which the Option Shares may be purchased under the terms of the Award Agreement.
Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be $32.76 (such price, as may be adjusted from time to time, is herein referred to as the "Exercise Price").
Exercise Price. Means the price at which a Participant may purchase an Incentive Unit pursuant to an Option.
Exercise Price. The exercise price per Warrant Share under this Warrant shall be $[________], subject to adjustment hereunder (the "Exercise Price").
Exercise Price. Has the meaning set forth in Section ‎1.
