Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Shall have the meaning as defined in paragraph 7(b)
Exercise Price. Shall mean with respect to an Offering Period, an amount equal to the average of the closing price of the Common Stock (determined in accordance with paragraph 7(b)) for the period of five consecutive trading days ending on the last trading day of such Offering Period multiplied by 100% minus the Discount Factor
Exercise Price. The term "Exercise Price" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
Exercise Price. $5.77, as adjusted from time to time after the Issue Date in accordance with the terms of this Warrant
