Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means initially the lesser of (i) $2.019 per share or (ii) the Current Placement Value per share, subject to adjustment as provided in this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Means the lesser of (i) $5.00 per share and (ii) in connection with the Company's first equity financing subsequent to the Issue Date where the aggregate proceeds from such financing are in excess of $4,000,000: (x) in the case of Common Stock, the price per share paid for such Common Stock or (y) in the case of an equity financing consisting other securities, the price per share paid for such equity on an as converted basis; in each case, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 5.
Exercise Price. Shall mean, as of the Initial Exercise Date, the Initial Exercise Price and after the Initial Exercise Date, the Initial Exercise Price as adjusted from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Has the meaning specified in the Warrants.
Exercise Price. Means $2.00, as such figure may be adjusted as provided herein.
Exercise Price. Shall mean in connection with any Exercise of this Warrant the per share exercise or conversion price of any Convertible Security to which such Exercise relates.
