Exercise Price

Exercise Price. Means $15.375; provided, that the foregoing shall be subject to adjustment as expressly set forth herein.

Exercise Price. The purchase price per share payable on exercise of a Stock Option

Exercise Price. The price per share for the series of preferred stock that comprise Exercise Shares, subject to adjustment pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 below.

The per share price at which the outstanding principal of the Notes issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement was converted to shares of the Company's Preferred Stock, subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms hereof, including but not limited to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.

Exercise Price. The per share purchase price of the Company's Common Stock sold in the IPO.

Exercise Price. The per share price of the securities sold at the Next Equity Financing.

Exercise Price. Means the exercise price of the Warrant, which will be the per share Market Value of the Common Stock as of the date of the Company's receipt of the Implementation Certification, or if a Public Market exists on the date of issuance of the Warrant, the Public Market closing price on such date.
