Exercise Price

Exercise Price. With respect to a Warrant issued on any date, shall mean the Exercise Price to be paid upon exercise of such Warrant in accordance with the terms hereof, which price shall be $4.00 per share of Common Stock.

Exercise Price. Means the greater of (i) $0.325, subject to adjustment in accordance with Section 9, and (ii) the last trade price of the Common Stock on the Closing Date or the date of the Purchase Agreement (whichever is greater).

Exercise Price. Means $2.70 per share of Common Stock, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Exercise Price. Shall be a price per share of Common Stock equal to $11.50.

Exercise Price. (a) for all Subscription Agreements delivered to the Company on or before May 2, 2005, $13.96 per share (as adjusted pursuant to Section 3), and (b) for all Subscription Agreements delivered to the Company after such date, $16.03 per share (as adjusted pursuant to Section 3).

Exercise Price. Refers to the per share purchase price of the shares of the Underlying Common Stock subject to the Penalty Warrants (as hereinafter defined) and issuable upon exercise, in whole or in part, of the Penalty Warrants. The Exercise Price for each share of Underlying Common Stock shall equal $.35 per share. The Exercise Price is subject to adjustment as provided in Section 4.8 herein.

Exercise Price. Shall mean the amount for which one Share may be purchased upon exercise of this option, as specified in Section 1(a).

Exercise Price. Means either the Fixed Price or the Variable Price, as applicable.

Exercise Price. Means the purchase price of one share of Common Stock under an Option.

Exercise Price. Shall mean, in the case of an Option, the amount for which one Share may be purchased upon exercise of such Option, as specified in the applicable Stock Option Agreement. "Exercise Price," in the case of a Stock Appreciation Right, shall mean an amount, as specified in the applicable Stock Appreciation Rights Agreement, which is subtracted from the Fair Market Value of one Share in determining the amount payable upon exercise of such Stock Appreciation Rights.
