Exercise Price

Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be determined as follows: (i) if the Qualified Equity Financing is consummated on or before May 15, 2004, then the exercise price shall be the lesser of (A) the per share price paid by the other investors that purchase the Preferred Stock in the Qualified Equity Financing or (B) $0.75 (as appropriately adjusted to reflect subsequent stock dividends, stock splits, combinations or recapitalizations); (ii) if the Qualified Equity Financing is consummated... after May 15, 2004, then the exercise price shall be the lesser of (A) the per share price paid by the other investors that purchase the Preferred Stock in the Qualified Equity Financing or (B) $0.65 (as appropriately adjusted to reflect subsequent stock dividends, stock splits, combinations or recapitalizations); or (iii) if the Qualified Equity Financing has not yet been consummated and (A) the holder of this Warrant elects to exercise it to purchase shares of Alternative Preferred Stock or (B) a Change of Control (as defined below) is imminent and the holder of this Warrant elects to exercise it to purchase shares of Common Stock, then the exercise price shall be $0.65 (as appropriately adjusted to reflect subsequent stock dividends, stock splits, combinations or recapitalizations). Exercise Price. Shall mean seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.

Exercise Price. The Exercise Price shown above, which is the closing price per share of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange on the Grant Date as reported in the Wall Street Journal.

Exercise Price. Means the purchase price per Share payable upon exercise of an Option.

Exercise Price. Shall mean two dollars ninety-six cents ($2.96) per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.

Exercise Price. Means with respect to an Option Share, the amount payable by Executive to the Company in connection with the exercise of an Option to purchase such Option Share.

Exercise Price. Means an exercise price of RMB 100 per share of the Option Shares to be paid by the Transferee to the Transferor in respect of the Option Shares issued to such Transferee if the Group achieves the Performance Targets;

Exercise Price. Shall mean (1) the LP Exercise Price, in the case of an exercise of the Warrant to purchase Limited Partnership Units or (2) the Trust Exercise Price, in the case of an exercise of the Warrant to purchase Common Shares.

Exercise Price. The exercise price for each Share shall be $0.92565. Such price shall be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 7 hereof (such price, as adjusted from time to time, is herein referred to as the "Exercise Price").
