Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Per share of Common Stock, the greater of (a) the Floor Price, or (b) eighty percent (80%) of the of the Market Price on the Trading Day immediately preceding the relevant Exercise Date
Exercise Price. With respect to each Exercise Share, a price per share equal to US$3.00 (subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the Articles and Sections 5 and 7 below).
Exercise Price. The term "Exercise Price" with respect to an Option shall mean the price specified in the Option at which the Common Shares subject to the Option may be purchased by the holder of the Option.
Exercise Price. The purchase price of one dollar ($1.00) per Exercise Share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.
Exercise Price. The exercise price per share of Common Stock for each Option.
Exercise Price. The term "Exercise Price" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement, and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include the par value per Ordinary Share.

Exercise Price. Shall mean the price to purchase a share of Optioned Stock upon exercise of an Option
