Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be the price per share of equity securities sold to investors in the Company's Next Equity Financing (as defined in the Note). Such price shall be subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 7 hereof (such price, as adjusted from time to time, is herein referred to as the "Exercise Price").
Exercise Price. Shall mean the initial Exercise Price set forth in the introduction to this Warrant, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 hereof.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $3.50 per share of Common Stock.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.50 per Exercise Share subject to adjustment pursuant to Sections 5 below.
Exercise Price. The lower of (i) the average closing price for a share of Warrant Stock for the thirty (30) trading day period ending on the date immediately prior to the date the Holder exercises this Warrant with respect to such Warrant Stock and (ii) $0.68.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $3.00.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $2.00.
Exercise Price. Shall mean one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per share of Series F Preferred Stock, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.
Exercise Price. The "Exercise Price" is the closing price of a share of Common Stock (as reported in the principal consolidated transaction reporting system for The NASDAQ Stock Exchange) on the date of this Agreement. For administrative purposes, the Exercise Price will be recorded by the Committee at the top of this Agreement. Except as otherwise contemplated in Section 11(c), the Exercise Price shall never be less than the Fair Market Value of the common shares underlying the Options on the Date of Grant....
