Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. Means the exercise price per share indicated as the Exercise Price per share on the signature page hereof.
Exercise Price. The price at which one Share of the Common Stock may be purchased upon exercise of an Option, as specified by the Administrator in the applicable Option Agreement.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $0.525 per Exercise Share subject to adjustment pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 below.
Exercise Price. Shall mean an amount equal to the average closing bid price of the Common Stock for the five (5) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day prior to the date hereof, or $ per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 6 below. C-1
Exercise Price. Has the meaning set forth in the preamble. However, if the Qualified Financing has not occurred by the Final Maturity Date of the Note, the Exercise Price shall be equal to the fair market value of one share of Common Stock as mutually agreed by the Holder and the Company.
Exercise Price. Shall mean $1.00 per Common Share, subject to modification and adjustment as provided in Section 8.
Exercise Price. The meaning specified on the cover of this Warrant, as such price may be adjusted pursuant to Section 6 hereof.
Exercise Price. Shall mean Ten United States Dollars (U.S.$10.00) per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below; provided, that at no time shall the Exercise Price be less than the then current par value of any share to be issued pursuant hereto.
Exercise Price. The applicable Exercise Price in cash or other immediately available funds.
Exercise Price. Shall mean the price per share paid by purchasers of Series C Preferred Stock in the Series C Financing, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below; provided, however, in the event that the Series C Financing does not close prior to the date 180 days following the date hereof, "Exercise Price" shall mean $3.602 per share, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 5 below.
