Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. A price equal to 90% of the initial public offering price per share at which Common Stock was issued and sold to the public in a Qualifying IPO.
Exercise Price. The exercise price for the Shares shall be the price per share of equity securities sold to investors in a Qualified Equity Financing (as defined below) (the "Exercise Price").
Exercise Price.
