Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. $0.01 per share of Common Stock, as adjusted as provided herein.
Exercise Price. Means shall be as follows: (i) 50% of the number of warrants to be issued will have a strike price equal to the Base Price multiplied by 1.25; and (ii) 50% of the number of warrants to be issued will have a strike price equal to the Base Price multiplied by 1.50; provided, however that in each case the Base Price shall never be (x) lower than $4.25 or (y) higher than $6.00. Exercise Price. Means the amount set forth in the first paragraph hereof.
Exercise Price. Exercise Price. The "Exercise Price" shall be $2.00 per Share (as adjusted pursuant to the terms hereof).
