Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. The price of $150 per Option Share
Exercise Price. The "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. $150 per Option Share (the "Exercise Price")
Exercise Price. Shall mean either (i) if the Warrant Shares are the securities issued pursuant to an Automatic Conversion, then the lowest per share price for which any person or entity purchases New Preferred Stock in the Next Financing or (ii) if the Warrant shares are shares issued pursuant to a Consent Conversion or Individual Conversion then $0.8668 per share, in each case, subject to adjustments pursuant to Section 5 below.
Exercise Price. Means the amount that is equal to 50% of the Market Price of the Common Stock on the Issue Date.
Exercise Price. As defined in the introduction to this Warrant.
Exercise Price. Means 95% of the Fair Market Value of a share of the Company's Common Stock on the Exercise Date. In no event shall the Exercise Price be less than $1.00 per share of Company Common Stock.
Exercise Price. With respect to a Stock Appreciation Unit, the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the date the Stock Appreciation Unit is granted.
Exercise Price. $0.50 per share, subject to adjustment as provided herein.
