Example Definitions of "Exercise Price"
Exercise Price. For each Exercise Share issuable upon exercise of this Warrant, one cent ($0.01) subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 4 and Section 5.
Exercise Price. Means, with respect to an Option or SAR granted under the Plan, the price per share established by the Committee or determined by a method established by the Committee at the time the Option or SAR is granted; provided, however, that the Exercise Price will not be less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Fair Market Value of a share of Stock on the date of grant (or, if greater, the par value of a share of Stock).
