Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. Means July 22, 2013 subject to modification as provided herein.
Expiration Date. Means the date that is the later of (x) eighteen months after the Issuance Date and (y) twelve months after the effective date of the Registration Statement or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.
Expiration Date. Means the date that the Employment Term (as it may have been extended) expires.
Expiration Date. Sixty-eight (68) months following Commencement Date, unless otherwise sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
