Expiration Date. May 1, 2009 or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.

Expiration Date. Shall mean the earlier of (i) the date upon which the Merger Agreement is terminated, or (ii) the Offer Acceptance Time.

The last day of the month in which the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date occurs, unless the Rent Commencement Date is the first day of a month, in which case the Expiration Date shall be the day immediately prior to such anniversary of the Rent Commencement Date.
