Expiration Date

Expiration Date. The last date a Stock Option Award may be exercised. An unexercised Stock Option Award shall be canceled without value following the Expiration Date.

Expiration Date. Means the date that is five (5) years after the date that all "Obligations" under the Loan Agreement have been paid in full and all obligations of the Bank under the Loan Agreement have been terminated. As used in this definition, the term "Obligations" has the meaning as defined in the Loan Agreement.
