Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Has the meaning ascribed in Section 1, provided, that, if March 4, 2019 falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a Holiday), the next day that is not a Holiday shall apply.

Expiration Date. Shall mean the earliest to occur of (i) solely with respect to the Stockholder's obligations under Section 2 hereof, the Effective Time, (ii) the date and time the Merger Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms and provisions, and (iii) the effectiveness of a mutual written agreement of the parties hereto to terminate this Agreement.

Expiration Date. The date that is two years from the Closing Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the NASDAQ Global Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday

Expiration Date. 31 July 2018

Expiration Date. Shall mean the earlier to occur of such date and time as: (i) the Merger Agreement shall have been terminated in accordance with its terms; (ii) the Effective Time; and (iii) the date the Company's board of directors effects a Change of Recommendation pursuant to Section 5.02 of the Merger Agreement.

Expiration Date. The first date upon which any of the following shall occur: (i) a Change of Control, (ii) an Event of Default, or (iii) mutual agreement of the Parties in writing

Expiration Date. July 31, 2014, or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday; provided that the Company retains the right in its sole discretion to extend the Expiration Date one or more times.

Expiration Date. The first anniversary of the Commencement Date; provided, that if a written notice is not given by the Company at least ninety (90) days prior to such anniversary (or any subsequent anniversary if this Agreement is extended) stating that such party is electing not to extend the Employment Period, then the Expiration Date will automatically be extended to the next anniversary of the date hereof.
