Expiration Date

Expiration Date. Means the date thirty-six months after the Issuance Date or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day, the next date that is a Business Day.

Expiration Date. Eighteen (18) months after the indefeasible payment in full in cash or cash equivalents of the Credit Obligations.
