Example Definitions of "Expiration Date"
Expiration Date. The last date of the Exercisability Period.
Expiration Date. Means the date that is the later of (x) the sixteen (16) month anniversary of the Issuance Date and (y) ninety (90) days after the Adjustment Time or, if such date falls on a day other than a Business Day or on which trading does not take place on the Principal Market (a "Holiday"), the next date that is not a Holiday.
Expiration Date. Means, with respect to an Option, the date on which the term of such Option expires, as determined under Section 5(b) hereof, as applicable.
Expiration Date. The expiration date designated as such on the first page of this Agreement
